ClickOptions x Upscale Trading Tournament

Terms & Conditions

These terms are in final legal review. Details can change before the tournament starts.

1. The Tournament

The ClickOptions x Upscale Trading Tournament (the "Tournament") is organised by ClickOptions (the "Organiser") in collaboration with Upscale (the "Partner").

The Tournament runs from 25 August 2026, 00:00 UTC to 24 September 2026, 23:59 UTC (the "Tournament Period").

By participating, you accept these Terms, the ClickOptions Terms of Service, and, for prize receipt, Upscale's applicable terms.

2. Entry

Entry is automatic. Every ClickOptions live account with an equity balance of at least 20 USDT (the "Minimum Balance") at any point during the Tournament Period is entered from the moment it first meets the Minimum Balance, or from the start of the Tournament Period if it already does.

There is no entry fee and no registration step for the Tournament itself.

One entry per person. Each natural person may participate through one ClickOptions account only, regardless of how many accounts they hold or control.

Participants must meet the age, jurisdiction and eligibility requirements of both ClickOptions and Upscale. Employees of the Organiser and the Partner, and their immediate family members, are not eligible for prizes.

3. Real-Money Trading and Risk

The Tournament involves live trading with participants' own deposited funds. Participants can make real profits and incur real losses, up to the full amount of their deposited funds.

Nothing in the Tournament, its marketing or its leaderboard constitutes financial, investment or trading advice.

Participation does not alter the participant's existing relationship with ClickOptions; all standard trading terms, fees, premiums, settlements and liquidation rules continue to apply.

4. Eligible Trading

All live trading on ClickOptions in Options and Predictions during the Tournament Period counts toward Tournament performance, from the moment the participant is entered.

Cancelled, reversed, erroneous or off-platform transactions do not count. The Organiser may exclude trades executed against stale prices, pricing delays or technical errors.

All normal trading fees, premiums, settlements and liquidation outcomes are included in performance.

5. Scoring and Ranking

Participants are ranked by ROI, calculated as: ROI (%) = (Account Equity + Total Withdrawals - Total Deposits) / Total Deposits x 100, where Total Deposits is the participant's equity at entry plus all subsequent deposits (including any bonus or incentive credits), and Total Withdrawals is the sum of all withdrawals during the Tournament Period.

Deposits and withdrawals are permitted at any time. Withdrawals do not reduce ROI. Deposits increase Total Deposits and therefore reduce ROI until offset by trading performance.

Account equity includes cash balance and the mark-to-market value of open positions.

Ties are resolved in the following order: (a) lower maximum drawdown; (b) higher eligible trading volume; (c) if still tied, the Organiser's reasonable determination.

If a participant's balance reaches zero, they may deposit and continue participating; their ROI continues to be measured against cumulative deposits.

Bonus, promotional or incentive credits are treated as deposits, not trading gains.

6. Open Positions at the Deadline

Open positions need not be closed before the end of the Tournament Period.

At the final cutoff, all open eligible positions are marked to ClickOptions' official fair-market price and included in final equity.

The Organiser may review and correct abnormal prices, marks or technical errors before confirming results.

7. Leaderboard

The leaderboard displays usernames or masked identifiers only; real names and email addresses are never shown.

Leaderboard standings are provisional at all times until final verification. The final winners list may differ from the closing leaderboard.

The Organiser does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or real-time accuracy of the leaderboard during the Tournament.

8. Winners and Verification

The top 11 eligible participants by final ROI win prizes per the prize ladder in Section 9.

Results are provisional until (a) the Organiser verifies trading activity and (b) the Partner verifies prize eligibility, including the email match under Section 10.

If a winner fails verification, cannot be matched to an Upscale account under Section 10, or does not claim their prize within 5 days of publication of final results, the prize passes to the next eligible participant, applied iteratively.

Final results are expected within 2 business days of the end of the Tournament Period.

9. Prizes

The Tournament prize consists of $500,000 in combined trading capital across 11 Upscale prop trading accounts, allocated as follows:

PlacePrize
1st$200,000
2nd$100,000
3rd - 4th$50,000 each
5th - 6th$25,000 each
7th - 11th$10,000 each

Prizes are provided, issued and administered exclusively by Upscale, and are subject to Upscale's account terms, evaluation requirements (including profit targets and drawdown limits as published by Upscale), eligibility checks and payout conditions. The Organiser is not responsible for the issuance, operation, funding or payout of prize accounts.

The stated account sizes represent trading capital made available within Upscale prop accounts, not cash values payable to winners. Winners' financial benefit derives from profit shares earned under Upscale's terms after completing Upscale's evaluation.

Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold or redeemed for cash unless Upscale expressly permits it.

The Organiser will provide the Partner with verified winners' necessary contact details solely for prize distribution, in accordance with the Organiser's privacy policy.

Winners are responsible for any taxes arising from prizes or subsequent trading profits.

10. Prize Eligibility - Upscale Account Match

To be eligible for any prize, a participant must hold an Upscale account registered during the Tournament Period using the exact email address associated with their ClickOptions account.

Participants who already hold an Upscale account must ensure the email addresses on both platforms match.

Email matching is verified jointly by the Organiser and the Partner. If no exact match exists, the prize cannot be credited and passes to the next eligible participant under Section 8.3.

11. Fair Play and Disqualification

The Organiser may disqualify any participant, before or after results are announced, for: (a) operating, controlling or benefiting from multiple or connected accounts; (b) sharing, selling or transferring accounts; (c) using false identity or registration information; (d) exploiting platform bugs, stale prices, pricing delays or technical errors; (e) coordinating trades with other participants to manipulate rankings; (f) using prohibited bots, scripts or automation; (g) wash trading, self-trading or artificial volume generation; (h) manipulating deposits, withdrawals or account equity to distort ROI; (i) violating ClickOptions' or Upscale's applicable terms; or (j) any conduct the Organiser reasonably determines to be fraudulent or abusive.

The Organiser may investigate any activity, exclude individual trades from scoring, adjust standings, and withhold or reclaim prizes in connection with a disqualification.

Disqualification decisions are made reasonably and are final.

12. Changes, Suspension and Cancellation

The Organiser may pause, extend, amend or cancel the Tournament if fraud, market disruption, technical failure or regulatory restriction materially affects its fairness or operation.

Material changes will be announced on the Tournament page. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.

If the Tournament is cancelled, no prizes are payable, without prejudice to participants' own trading balances, which remain theirs per standard ClickOptions terms.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The Organiser is not liable for: trading losses incurred during the Tournament; platform downtime or data delays affecting the leaderboard; acts or omissions of the Partner, including any aspect of prize account issuance, evaluation or payout; or a participant's failure to satisfy Section 10.

The Partner's responsibilities regarding prizes are governed by the Partner's own terms between the Partner and the winner.

14. Data

Participation involves processing of trading data for scoring and display of a username or masked identifier on the public leaderboard, per Section 7.1 and the Organiser's privacy policy.

Verified winners' contact details are shared with the Partner solely for prize distribution.

15. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stands.

In case of conflict between the Tournament page and these Terms, these Terms prevail.
